Let’s talk about a fashion trend that never seems to go out of style…eyelet. I bet many of my fellow southern girls actually have something with eyelet somewhere on it in your closet even if it is just a tiny bit. I did a quick scan of my closet this morning and spotted a pair of eyelet shorts, a tank with eyelet trimmed sleeves, and a cute eyelet dress. While you may think of it as old-fashioned, I would completely disagree as designers keep coming up with more modern ways of adding eyelet to their designs. It really is a classic and feminine trend that just keeps coming back year after year. This year is no different. I am seeing it everywhere. You can find it on shorts, pants, dresses, tops, bathing suits, and even shoes. You can easily dress it up or dress it down. It can be super versatile depending on the piece. Eyelet is characterized by small holes in the fabric that are used to create the fun designs. This makes it perfect to wear in the warmer months for a cool, breezy look. I have found some cute and affordable ways to add a little eyelet to your wardrobe for some fun, feminine, and flirty looks.

I am pretty sure that I NEED the two Lauren Conrad dresses from Kohl’s added to my wardrobe! They are soooo cute, and I love how feminine they are! I also really love the pink puff sleeve top and white pocket shirt from Loft and the navy tank from Target. Those would all be my favorites if I had to choose. Let’s be real, though. I really love them all. You all know that I don’t share anything that I don’t love and would wear myself.
